Overview
A true wilderness journey. From Maun you'll be flown by light aircraft into the heart of the Okavango Delta, where the safari shifts pace — long, quiet hours poling through reed-lined channels in a mokoro, walking safaris led by local polers, and game drives in the wildlife-rich Moremi reserve. Nights are spent in mobile tented camps moved between locations to follow the water and the wildlife.
Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1: Maun arrival
Meet & greet at Maun Airport, overnight in a riverside lodge with a briefing on the days ahead.

Day 2: Fly-in to the Delta
Light aircraft transfer (~25 min) into the Delta. Afternoon mokoro orientation and short poling excursion.
- 3
Day 3: Mokoro fly-camp
Full-day mokoro journey to a remote island fly-camp. Guided walking safari in the late afternoon.

Day 4: Walking & poling
Sunrise walk with your poler, return to camp for brunch, afternoon mokoro through hippo-watched channels.

Day 5: Moremi Game Reserve
Transfer (vehicle / boat) into Moremi for a full game-drive day — lion, wild dog, elephant herds and the Khwai concession.

Day 6: Fly out to Maun & depart
Sunrise drive, brunch, light-aircraft back to Maun for international connections.
